Lord of Heaven and Earth, we thank You on this blessed feast for the gift of Saint Elijah, Your fiery voice in the world, and for Saint Charbel, who shone with Your presence in silence and prayer
You made Elijah a flame that never fades, and Charbel a balm for weary hearts
Grant us to follow their faith, their courage, and their deep love for You
Teach us to listen to Your voice like Elijah in the cave, and to carry our cross with silent joy like Charbel in his solitude
Through their intercession, O Lord, purify our hearts like holy fire, and water our souls from the fountain of Your grace, as You watered Lebanon with the tears and love of Your saints
