O Sacred Heart of Jesus, fountain of love and mercy, i humbly beg you today from the depths of my heart:
Embrace me with your tenderness, cleanse me from my sins,
and help me to live according to your holy will.
O Heart of Jesus, gentle and humble
Fill me with your peace, strengthen me in your hope, teach me to love as you have loved, to forgive as you have forgiven, and to serve as you have served
I consecrate to you my whole being—my thoughts, my heart, and my soul
I place in your hands all those I love
I open the door of my life to you—come and dwell in me, and make my heart a resting place for your divine Heart
