Merciful Lord, in the midst of life’s noise and the weariness of days, i long to hear your gentle voice calming my heart and filling my soul with peace


You know my weakness, you see my tears, and you never leave me alone in moments of confusion or sorrow


Jesus, when my heart grows heavy with burdens, remind me that your mercy is greater than every fear, and your love stronger than every weakness


Teach me to trust you even on the roads i do not understand, and to wait for your work with faith and hope


Fill me with your light, and make my words a source of kindness and comfort to everyone i meet


And when my spirit grows tired, draw me close to your heart, so i may find in your presence a peace that never fades


Lord of mercy, make my life a witness to your love, and keep my heart attached to you at all times


For you are the hope that never fails and the light that shines in the depths of the soul
