O Saint Anthony of Padua, you who loved the Lord Jesus with all your heart and preached His word with courage and zeal, you who were called the “Wonder-Worker” by the people, because God answered your prayers

and performed countless miracles through you —i come to you now, asking you to look upon my need (mention your request...)
