My Lord and my God, I stand before You with a heart longing for true love, the love that does not seek its own benefit but gives itself for others


Teach me to love as You loved, to forgive as You forgave, and to show mercy as You showed mercy, so that my heart may reflect Your presence in this world


Jesus, meek and humble of heart, remove from me every selfishness and every pride, and fill me with Your love that never fails


Help me to see Your face in every person I meet, to serve You in those who are in need, and to witness to Your love through words and deeds


Lord, when my heart grows weak, be my strength; when my love grows cold, kindle it with the fire of Your Holy Spirit, that I may remain steadfast in Your love until the end


For You are True Love, and from You flow all goodness, peace, and joy


To You be glory, thanksgiving, and worship forever
