Lord Jesus Christ, fire of love that burned in the heart of Saint Catherine, awaken within us a sacred zeal for the glory of your name, a zeal born not of pride, but of love aflame with truth


Teach us to hunger for you above all things, to seek purity of heart rather than human praise, and to carry the burdens of your churchthrough tears of intercession and faithful service


O Christ of the holy wounds, let our zeal never become harshness, but mercy; not blind impulse, but light from your spirit; not anger that divides, but love that renews


You gave Saint Catherine courage for truth; grant that we may love truth without fear, bear witness to the gospel with burning lives, and become salt for the earth and fire for lukewarm hearts


Kindle in us, o Lord, a fire that does not consume but purifies —a fire that turns weakness into fidelity, silence into witness, and coldness into holy love


Through the intercession of Saint Catherine of Siena, make our hearts burn with the zeal of your heart, that we may live all things for your glory and come at last to the fullness of love in you
