Lord Jesus Christ, You are the source of everlasting joy.

We come before You with humble hearts, asking You to fill us with Your holy presence, that Your joy may overflow within us and renew our hope each day


Lord, do not let the circumstances of life extinguish the joy You have planted in our hearts


Help us to trust that You are always with us, that Your love is stronger than every sorrow, and that Your peace is deeper than every fear


Fill us with Your Holy Spirit, that we may carry the joy of the Gospel to everyone we meet


May our lives become a living witness to Your mercy and goodness 


Teach us to praise You in times of comfort and in times of trial, knowing that our true joy is found in abiding in You


Holy Mary, Cause of Our Joy, pray for us 


And all you angels and saints, intercede for us, that we may always live in the unending joy of Christ
