Lord Jesus Christ, Good Shepherd and Eternal High Priest, we lift up to You all Your priests, whom You have called to proclaim Your Word and faithfully serve Your holy mysteries


Pour out Your Holy Spirit upon them and rekindle within their hearts the fire of their vocation, that they may serve You with joy and humility, leading Your people along the path of holiness


Grant them wisdom in guiding others, courage in proclaiming the truth, patience in trials, comfort in weariness, and an ever-deepening love for You


Bless their ministry, strengthen their faith, and protect them from every evil and temptation, so that they may be living examples in word, conduct, love, purity, and faith


Teach us to support them with prayer, love, and faithful cooperation, so that Your Church may continue to shine with the light of the Gospel and be enriched with holy shepherds who glorify Your Name


Through the intercession of Saint John Mary Vianney, the Curé of Ars, and the Blessed Virgin Mary, hear our prayer, and make Your priests enduring signs of Your presence and mercy in the world
