Lord our God, we stand before You as Simeon once did, carrying not merit, but waiting, asking for no sign except Your presence
Teach us to wait without complaint, to believe without haste, and to trust that Your promises never fail, even when time feels long to us
You who placed salvation in Simeon’s arms, place Your peace within our hearts, that we may know when to hold, and when to release, and when to say, It is enough… we have seen Your grace
Open our eyes to recognize Your light, prepare our hearts to carry You in life’s silence, so we may live not bound to what fades, but confident in what is fulfilled in You
Now, in this moment, we place our lives into Your hands
Even if all is not yet complete, we believe You are faithful… and peace is coming
