Lord Jesus, in the midst of my busy day and the noise around me, i long to find a moment of peace in Your presence

Teach me to place my heart in Your hands with trust, and to lay down every worry and thought at Your feet

You who know my weakness and understand my silence, be my strength and my rest in times of weariness

Help me do everything with love, so that those I meet may see Your light in my face and feel Your peace in my words
