Lord my God, in this moment when I pause from the rush of life, i place my heart into Your hands

You know my weaknesses before I confess them, and You know my needs before I speak them

Grant me, O Lord, the grace to rest in Your presence, to breathe in your peace that heals the weariness within me

Purify my thoughts from worry, give me courage to face what awaits me, wisdom to choose what is good, and love to offer to everyone I meet

Jesus, shape my heart in Your likeness, make me an instrument of goodness, and remove from me anything that leads me away from You

I entrust to You all that burdens my soul, believing that Your hand holds me at every moment
