Lord, just as You delivered Jonah from the belly of the fish, deliver us also from our struggles and the depths of our weakness

Teach us to cry out to You with trust, that we may experience Your unfailing mercy

Send us, like Jonah, to proclaim Your love to all people, so that the world may repent and return to You
