Lord Jesus Christ, you who asked Peter, “Do you love Me?” and entrusted him with the care of Your flock, we come before you with humble hearts, confessing that our love is often weak, yet trusting in your grace that strengthens us


Teach us to love you with a true love, not only in words, but through serving others and caring for those you place in our path


O Shepherd of souls, fill the hearts of the shepherds in your church with faithfulness, gentleness, and strength, so they may reflect your unfailing love


And make us also witnesses of this love, bearing one another’s burdens, and walking in the light of your commandment


To you be glory forever
