Lord my God, at this moment of the day, I pause to lift my weary heart to You

You know every burden I carry, every thought that weighs me down

Let my silent breath become a prayer rising to You—fill me with Your peace that surpasses all understanding

Remind me, Jesus, that Your presence is not bound by time but revealed in every moment

Be my rest in the midst of activity, my light in reflection, and my grace in every task I do
