Lord my God, in the midst of this day, I lift my eyes to You

You alone know my heart and understand my silent groans

I place in Your hands all that I cannot express,

surrendering my weakness, my worries, and my deep need for Your presence

Remind me, Lord, that I am never alone — that You walk with me, even when I do not feel You near

Grant me Your peace that surpasses all understanding, and open a way of hope when the doors seem closed

You are my God, my refuge, and my Good Shepherd

With You, I can face this day

With You alone, I find rest
