My lord Jesus Christ, i come to you today with a longing heart, to encounter you not only with my eyes, but with my spirit and my whole being


You who call hearts into your love, open for me the door of meeting you, and fill this moment with your presence and your light


Jesus, you know my weakness before my strength, and you know the wounds of my heart before my words


I place before you all that is within me, and i ask you to renew my soul with your mercy


Teach me, Lord, to hear your voice in my silence, to see your presence in my days, and to carry your love to everyone i meet


O Christ of love and peace, fill my heart with your comfort, and kindle within me the fire of faith, so that i may remain rooted in you at all times


My Lord, ido not want a day to pass without encountering you, for you are the joy of my heart, the hope of my soul, and the path of my life


Take my heart, Jesus,and make it a dwelling place for you


Make me a witness of your love and your light in this world
