My Lord and my God, In the midst of this day’s busyness, I come to You with a heart thirsty for Your presence

I lay down my restless thoughts and weary feelings at Your feet

Grant me the grace of inner peace, that I may see You in every detail of my life— in every encounter, every word, every passing moment

Remind me that my being is no accident, and that Your hand gently guides me

Make me an instrument of Your love wherever I am, and light my path with Your truth, so I may continue this day with faith, hope, and trust in You
