Lord, in the midst of this busy day, i pause to remember that You are here

My breath is Yours, and my heartbeat is Your gift

I offer You this moment

as a meeting of love between Your heart and mine

Purify my thoughts from worry, and refresh my soul with the breath of Your Holy Spirit

Remind me that every task I do is service to You, and that my presence in this world is a witness to Your grace

Teach me, Jesus, to find you in the smallest details, and in the faces of those I meet today

Bless me and grant me Your peace, that I may finish this day in Your strength and remain firm in Your love forever
