Saint Matthias the Apostle, chosen by the Lord Jesus to complete the number of the apostles, we ask for your intercession on this blessed day

Grant us a heart filled with faith as you had, and courage to witness to Christ wherever we are

Teach us to be faithful in service, steadfast in hope, and humble in every deed

Pray for us, that we may live according to God’s will and be messengers of His peace and joy in the world
