Jesus Christ, I lift my heart to You and place everything within me into Your hands


You know my thoughts before I speak them, and You know all that my heart carries: my joys, my weariness, my questions, and my hopes


My Lord, I do not come before You to hide anything, for You see me as I am, and You know me more deeply than I know myself 


Receive me in Your mercy, and cleanse my heart from everything that keeps me away from You



Teach me to trust You even when I do not understand Your ways, and to hold on to You even when many questions arise within me


Jesus, Take every fear from my heart and turn it into trust in You


Take every weariness and give me strength to continue the journey


Take every uncertainty and lead me toward what pleases You


Take all that I am and make it for Your glory


I do not want to ask You only for what satisfies my desires 


Instead, I ask You to accomplish in me what pleases Your heart 


Teach me to say to You in every circumstance: Let Your will be done


Lord, when I am weak, be my strength


When my steps wander, be my way 


When life becomes heavy, be my support


Keep my heart always turned toward You, seeking no one but You, and finding its rest only in Your presence


Jesus, I lift my heart to You, I surrender my life to You, and I place my trust in You


Remain with me, lead me, and keep me in Your love, so that I may belong to You every day and in every moment
