O Lord of life and source of every grace, i come before you with a humble heart, asking you to renew me through the power of your love and the work of your Holy Spirit



Heavenly father, you know my weakness and my failures

You know how often my heart has wandered from you and become distracted by the passing things of this world

Yet your mercy is greater than my sins, and your love is stronger than all my weakness



Wash me, Lord, from everything that separates me from you


Remove from me all that does not please you


Give me a new heart that loves you, a new mind that seeks your will, and a renewed spirit that walks faithfully in your ways



Lord Jesus Christ, you who turned the cross into the path of Resurrection, raise me from spiritual weariness, lift me from discouragement, and fill my soul with the hope that never disappoints



Send Your Holy Spirit to renew my inner being, enlighten my mind, strengthen my weakness, and guide me each day toward a life that is closer to you and more faithful to your call


Teach me to rejoice in your presence above all things, to find light in your word, to encounter you in prayer, and to discover true peace in your love


Make my life a witness to your grace, my words a source of hope, and my actions a reflection of your love in the world



Into your hands i place my past, my present, and my future, trusting that you make all things new and beautiful in your holy time



To you be glory, thanksgiving, and praise, together with the father and the holy spirit, now and forever
