O Holy Spirit, Comforter of hearts and Light of minds, come and dwell within us, and fill us with Your sevenfold gifts:

wisdom, understanding, counsel, fortitude, knowledge, piety, and fear of the Lord

Cleanse our hearts from all selfishness, and make us instruments in Your hands, spreading the love of the Father and bearing witness to the living Christ

Set us ablaze with Your holy fire, that we may be light in this world, and serve You with joy and unwavering faith
