My Lord and my God, i come to You in this moment, not bound by time, nor limited by hours


I come as I am, with a heart sometimes weary, and sometimes full of hope


Place Your hand upon my thoughts, and calm them


Upon my heart, and fill it with peace


Upon my life, and guide it in Your light


If I speak, listen to me


If I remain silent, understand me


For You know what I cannot put into words


Teach me to trust Your plan, to surrender what troubles me, and to wait for You with a faithful heart, knowing that You are at work, even in silence


Be my peace at all times, my companion on every path
